The number one reason to hire Rex is his pizza. I lived in Italy for a year and his pies are the real deal. I could not stop eating his pizza! The perfect thin crust and airy dough was more than I could resist. His pare pizza is both imaginative and amazingly taste. I was a skeptic till I tried it. In addition to the quality, Rex is easy to work with and was accommodating for our small group of 21. This pizza oven produced more pies that my team could eat and they all loved them.
