No I'm not italian, I just play one on this web site.

I love italy and italian food.

In my past life I was a commercial photographer and was lucky enough to go to Italy photographing the beautiful country. That's it, I was hooked.

Rewinding 25 years, I started my culinary interest cooking in one of the finest restaurants disneyland had to offer back then. I worked there for 9 years . I never lost the love of working in a commercial kitchen.

After 25 plus years working in the advertising world, I was ready for a change. I decided to get back to my culinary roots and started Piazza Pie. I haven't looked back.

I hope to be able to cook for one of your upcoming events soon.
